Dr. <\/span>Yangping (Maggie) Zhou did her Ph.D. in the faculty of psychology and pedagogy at the University of Munich (LMU). She strives for integration between pedagogical concept and technology, as well as promotion of social, emotional and intercultural learning in education. <\/span><\/p>\n

she is currently teaching students Psychology and Pedagogy in FOS (Fachoberschule). At the same time, s<\/span>he works as a guest lecturer teaching students in the international management subject at Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences<\/span>. Furthermore, she offers trainings and speeches for different target group in  the above mentioned areas online as well as offline. <\/span><\/p>\n

She worked in multinational companies as a change management consultant before. She specialises in organisational change, learning and development, emotional intelligence, leadership, and intercultural competence, etc.  She is very familiar with which competencies are required for future talents.
