Dr. Yangping (Maggie) Zhou did her Ph.D. in the faculty of psychology and pedagogy at the University of Munich (LMU). She strives for integration between pedagogical concept and technology, innovation in instructional design, as well as promotion of social, emotional and intercultural learning in education. She is doing analysis between Chinese and German education, as well as promoting the global learning.

She works currently as a guest lecturer teaching students in the international management subject at Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences. At the same time, she is teaching students psychology and English. Furthermore, she offers trainings for teachers online as well as offline. 

She worked in multinational companies as a change management consultant before. She specialises in organisational change, learning and development, emotional intelligence, leadership, and intercultural competence, etc.  She is very familiar with which competencies are required for future talents.
