Emotional IntelligenZ Workshop

According to WHO, one of every four people is affected by mental illness at certain time in life. 10-20% of children and adolescents worldwide experience the emotional and behavioural problems, and still increasing.

Everyone experiences emotions almost every day. There are positive and negative ones. We are mostly bothered by the negative emotions. Some are light. Some are emotional storms because of stressful moments or even crises, such as health problems, loss of a family member, burnout at work, conflicts with others, anxiety before a test, or any other forms. Since it is part of life, the earlier we learn and prepare ourselves, the better we can handle in such adversities. 

Learning goals: 

  • Learn to be aware of own emotions, to control them in uneasy situations 
  • Develop skills on how to be more sensitive to others´ emotions and build positive relationship with others
  • Will be calm, happy and resilient in life, more successful in academy and work

  • Continuous tracking and coaching
