Windmill Program

Windmill competency model © is developed by Dr. Yangping Zhou. This model includes a set of personal skills which prepare the students for future challenges. It takes foreign language learning as the foundation, and facilitates three main competencies, namely, emotional intelligence, communication and collaboration as well as learn to learn. Students will benefit from these skills lifelong!

Learning goals:

Windmill program is developed to build students to be more confident, more resilient, and to become future leaders with global perspective!

Content and methods:

Online Merges Offline solution for students
Learn main competences through seminars based on competency model
Themes for example, UN sustainable development goals, intercultural management
Exchange in classes from two different countries

Target group: middle schools and university students

Time: one semester
